Good art, like a fabulous outfit, is just what the doctor ordered for the winter dulldrums – that and the fact that Scandal is finally back on! We really need some bright colors to remind us of those carefree Spring days that will be in our not too distant future (hopefully). The days when being out in the sunshine with a dose of Vitamin D seems to give us all a false sense of being a boss and the strut to prove it.
